The problem is even worse than I thought.
It seems that just about every Jet Fuel refinery in the country is adding metals like Barium, Aluminum, and Strontium to their mixes. The process is absolutely ubiquitous.
This is what has to happen:
Any depositories on hand with positive batches need to have their fuel confiscated and burned up.
The process is going to be a bit more intensive than I might have once imagined.
