"Falling Away"

I've hinted several times at the global reach of my influence and authority. What are the implications of ruling with a "rod of iron?" It means that people follow my lead and leadership in an unrivaled fashion. What could cause a largely-agreeable (or at least fearful) world to morph and change into a world fueled on anti-Semitism and lawlessness? 2 Thessalonians and Matthew (the Olivet Prophecy) talk a bit more about this at length. What could this "falling away" consist of? One theory is challenging and disregarding the validity of the Bible, God's word. I feel very strongly that the foundations of the Christian faith will be attacked by attacking the Bible. One possibility, as I've read, is that the Roman Catholic church will one day repudiate its basic foundations and lead billions astray. If one can understand the False Prophet's role properly (The Anti-Christ's right hand that will be his point man on all things "Christian"), this would make much sense. The "Christian" world will need a "Christian" point man. The Anti-Christ can deal effectively with those of the Islamic world, but the False Prophet will serve as the bridge between the "Christian" world and the Anti-Christ. I am talking about a mish-mash, hodgepodge of truth mixed with enough error to cause people to lose their souls. Christianity mixed with Islam. The denial of Jesus as the Son of God. The disparagement of God's holy word. When speaking about this particular point in time, Matthew describes "the love of many" waxing "cold" due to iniquity in the world. What could cause many of these problems, like mistreating our neighbors? Greed, as well as economic/agricultural hardship. I've discussed before the connection between greed and destruction. Greed lured Muslim invaders into the Alaskan tundra. They perished. The same delusion and rush for riches will apply then. Yes, people so greedy and blind that it leads to their own death. It's hard to imagine, but it really happens.

(I'm talking about "up" no longer being up, or total blindness. Not seeing your reward coming type of stuff.) God's word is the mooring upon which I am anchored. Stay close to it to avoid any pending disorientation, confusion, or inertia on its way. Just not yet.
